
What is your return policy?
Happy, completely satisfied customers are our goal, and we are working very hard to achieve and maintain this.
When shopping for incontinence products, we offer and encourage our customers to try our sample service - 'try before your buy' (for a $3.49 shipping & handling fee). This service can help you determine what product and size is the best for your individual needs - eliminating the frustration of the incorrect product being ordered, wasted time and costly returns.
Damaged or Defective Product
We will gladly accept merchandise for return if the product is damaged, defective or if we shipped you the wrong product.
Please call and speak with a Product Specialist within thirty (30) days and she will assist you in making the return. We will provide you with a Return Confirmation Number that you will write on the outside of the box. We are unable to accept any returned item(s) without a Return Confirmation Number. We will arrange to have the product picked up by UPS or FedEx at your home or other location of your choice. This normally takes 1 to 7 days.
Per your request, we will either reship you the proper product or refund your original purchase by the method in which you originally paid. Very simple!
Other Returns (Items that are not defective or damaged)
Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the original order date.
Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, we are unable to provide a refund for any item(s) in which the retail packaging or sterile seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or damaged.
If you should decide to return a product because you ordered the wrong product or size, simply changed your mind, or for some other reason other than previously stated, please call and speak with a Product Specialist for details on how to proceed with a return.
Please note, all return shipping and restocking charges will be the customer's responsibility. The actual return costs vary depending on the type, size, distance (mileage) and nature of the product being returned. For this reason, actual shipping & restocking charges cannot be determined until we specifically know the above information. These charges will be deducted from your return credit.
