To my fellow caregivers and customers,

  Tonight it is below 20 degrees where I live in Northeastern Wisconsin and I felt it important to share with you my experience with the best heating pad I've ever personally used and owned.  I've had back problems for several years and have spent a good amount on chiropractors.  So, needless to say, I know a bit about lower back pain.

The TheraTherm digital moist heating pad is the best heating pad I have ever experienced.  The temperature control lets you raise the temperature two degrees at a time, as opposed to a pad which only has a low, medium or high setting.  A couple degrees can be the difference between too cold and medium-well done!  The deep moist heat penetration is exactly what you would experience from heating pads at a therapist.  When it says "moist heat", it really means it.

The controls are wonderfully logical and easy to use; the workmanship and design first-rate.

It's good for so many issues from gerd to osteoarthritis & phlebitis; from menstrual cramps to degenerative disc disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia or anyone with neck, upper back or shoulder pain, chronic back pain or shoulder/forearm problems from "babying" wrists due to carpal tunnel and so much more.

If you're looking for a heating pad that you can safely fall asleep on without fear of burning yourself, this is the pad for you.  The timer prevents overexposure if you fall asleep, lose track of time or happen to walk away and leave it on.   It can be set at up to sixty minutes, and then it turns itself off.  That is a wonderful safety feature!

The other benefit I really appreciate is that it's heavier than ordinary heating pads and has a generous size so it stays in place - not like the flimsy wanna be "cheapy" ones found in drug and discount stores.  It's more like a hydrocolator than an ordinary heating pad.  (A hydrocolator is a liquid heating device used in physical therapy clinics to heat/store "hot packs" for therapeutic use).

TheraTherm will give you the relief that an ordinary heating pad combined with a moist towel might - except you wouldn't be able to control the temperature.  It gives a professional-type "hot pack" relief with the added ability to control the temperature to exactly what is comfortable for you - not just low-med-high choice, but actual thermometer setting. 114F is what I find comfortable.

Sure you can buy a "cheapy" heating pad at the drug or discount store for less.  TheraTherm is worth the extra for anyone with chronic pain or recovering from injury - or to just to relax after a hard day or simply to warm yourself up on a cold winter's night (like we have here in Wisconsin).  And, you'll have it for years.
